Each F3 workout location is called an AO. Weekday workouts are 45 min; Saturday workouts are 60 min. All workouts start exactly on time — don't be late!

What to Expect

Rain or Shine

F3 workouts happen regardless of weather. Dress appropriately and show up — the only bad workout is the one you didn't post.

Starts on Time

Workouts begin exactly at the posted time and end exactly 45 (or 60) minutes later. Respect for your time is an F3 value.

Circle of Trust

Every workout ends with a COT — brief announcements, a prayer or moment of reflection, and "Name-o-rama" for FNGs.

Every exercise has modifications. The Q (workout leader) will always offer options so every PAX can participate and be challenged.
